Hello ,
I receive every 30 min an email from MSOnlineServicesTeam about Sycnhronization errors report but the problem i receive the same email with the same erros from longtime and when i check in the portal .i found different Adsync Error report page in Office 365 .
any idea?

Yeah, I have the same on one of my tenants... haven't bothered to investigate it yet. Open a support case and report it.
