Creating Organization chart in Office 365

I were asked on how we can create an organization chart inside Office 365. so i am not sure what are the available tools we have. but if i click on a username (let say from a sharepoint site) >> i will be redirected to the user's profile page inside Delve >> where it has a section named "Organization" >> where i can view the direct manager of the user + the people reporting to the user, as follow:-

so i assume that we already have the data and tools. but not sure in Office 365 what is the formal way to build an organization chart ? is Delve the place to build this?

Thanks

john john I don't know how to do it in Microsoft 365. But I do know it can be done by the Organization Chart wizard in Visio Professional 2016 if you use Outlook/Exchange. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-an-organization-chart-automatically-from-employee-data-8f2e693e-25fc-410e-8264-9084eb0b9360

  • Yeah, there is delve to view it and also an org chart in Teams!
But there’s no certain app for building it! It pulls data from the AAD

adam deltingerOk thanks for the reply, but inside Delve i did not find a place to view the whole organization chart, what i can see is similar to the picture i provided inside my question, where if i click on a username >> i can see his direct manager + the employees reporting to him.. but is there a place within Delve which can allow me to view the whole organization chart? i do understand that updating the chart, means updating the users' info inside AD.
