Creating a test/demo tenant - M365 Business Premium - population of dummy data

I am an MS Partner and currently creating a test tenant (M365 Business Premium along with Windows Virtual Desktop). CDX is not going to help as I need to have WVD running too and not possible with CDX. 

 

So I have created a brand new Tenant and given it some M365BP licenses. I am in the process of setting up WVD.

 

What I would now like to do is populate the tenant with dummy data. 

 

I have looked around online but cannot find a good way to populate:

  1. Email
  2. SharePoint
  3. Teams
  4. OneDrive

data. Anyone have any good resources?
