I have created an Apples Numbers spreadsheet using my Apple Music song list and then I used Numbers to format the Duration column to mm:ss.
I want to convert this file to an MS Excel file for the purpose of importing into a MS Access database.
All the values in the Numbers Duration field (e.g. 04:15) appear in my database table as a date field (e.g. . How do I import that field into Access as mm:ss?
