Backup user mailboxes in Office 365.
Our organisation use O365 and have a requirement that all incoming and outgoing mails of a few users must be backed up in real-time or at least on weekly basis so as even if the user deletes a mail, we can recover it at any point of time in future.
So, can anybody suggest a good solution?

We do not recommend 3rd party products on these forums, otherwise it quickly turns into a vendor spam fest. Use your favorite search engine.
