Adding "Tasks by Planner and To Do" in Teams, "use an existing plan from this team" grayed out

I am trying to add "Tasks by Planner and To Do" to a new team in Teams and the "use an existing plan from this team" is grayed out with now reason as to why it is grayed out or how to fix it.

Could someone shed some light on this please?
