Hello Members,
I’m trying to get Copilot to use the organization's template, but it's not working. It seems unable to apply the template.

Has anyone successfully used a template? If so, could you share a working one?
I appreciate your help.

I have not used it for a few months in PowerPoint, but it was not very user friendly (I am our companies lead on our copilot "trial" and so was trialling all the apps, and still am).
As @oliwer_sundgren mentioned, the secret is to open a new file based on your company's template first. But I would go one step further and suggest the company PowerPoints need to be well built, and I would suggest all key template elements be added as slide masters. This stops Copilot removing branding you want to keep when you as it to create the file. One issue I had that was really annoying was I asked it to create slides without any images (because they were in the master slides) and it just totally ignored me, no matter how I phrased it. I was able to tell it to "remove all pictures", so that at least was helpful. It does need to vastly improve because time saved is lost correcting Copilot errors

Did that still not working.
In your original link, there is the Organisation Asset library step, has that been set up?
To experience the best results with Copilot, follow the guidance below. You may need help from your template
creators and IT admin to modify corporate templates and publish them in your Organization Asset Library (OAL).
