Is M365 Copilot Lab accessible after we get Copilot license?

I attended Microsoft 365 Copilot for Partners meeting today and clicked on website of Copilot Lab from speaker's slides. But I can't log in the website. Our copilot is under purchasing, if the lab will be available with copilot license?
