You need to have "Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365" license as your subscription to be able to use the Copilot Chat in Teams.
Currently this license doesnt have any trial as per my knowledge.

Do you have M365 Copilot Licenses? There is separate service within that for M365 Chat. I am not sure what MS Copilot for Service Trial is. Wondering if that is for Dynamics.

- Chris_FerraroFeb 28, 2024Steel ContributorGotcha. What I mean was in the Copilot for M365 there are separate services within the license. So for example we have M365 Copilot available to users but have disabled M365 chat service with in the license assignment.

Yes provided they have the M365 Chat Service Plan activated for users.
