Possibly, but on the workshop video she clearly states and spreadsheet of the plan being available.
leespringett They've done a lot of work on the adoption content for Copilot since its release, it could be that you were referencing an older discussion.
Another guide that may be worth looking at is the general Microsoft 365 guide: Microsoft 365 – Microsoft Adoption - the Adoption Planning Workbook there may be helpful. There are tables in the PowerPoint file that can be filled out.
