Password Sync takes 30 min to sync

Hi

I upgrade my ad-connect server to the last version (2.0.10.0), And now I have a problem with the password sync, from AD to 365.

(I don't have any problem with my forests...)

 

Any suggestions?

    Have you tried running through the wizard, disabling the password writeback, finish and let the sync run. Then run the wizard again and enable it again. You could also try that with password hash component.
