AD Connect not Sync

Hi Team.

I installed Azure AD Connect and configure Authentication with ADFS, Sync OK.

 

After days, change authentication for Passowrd Hash, Now, Sync not working.

 

In Office 365 console show the following messages:

Intent sync manually with Synchronization service but updates (new users or change password) not sync to Office 365 console.

 

Any idea?
