80 GM mailbox migration from gsuite to Business basic
It is very frequent to receive such queries to migrate big mailboxes on Gsuite to Office 365 with a business basic license. The basic license comes with a 50 GB mailbox size. Challenge is to migrate the big mailbox to office 365 without upgrading the license, due to a costing issue. Kindly provide the steps to do the needful.

When upgrading the license is not an option, you only have one step available:- Reduce the size of the source mailbox
If retaining all mailbox data is a fixed requirement, you must temporarily adjust the licensing:
- Start with an EXO P2 license which provides a 100GB mailbox
- Enable an Exchange Online Archive to move old data from the primary mailbox to the archive
This reduces the size of the primary mailbox - When the primary mailbox reaches a size of fewer than 50 GB you can:
- Assign a EXO Archive license
- Assign a Microsoft 365 Business Basic license
- Add an additional Exp
