We have a SPO Extranet site which hosts outside users. We now have a user who has had access to our Extranet site for the last 3 years and signs in with her work e-mail. Their company has recently migrated to Office 365 and she will continue to use her same e-mail address. Now that they've fully migrated to O365, she is now unable to sign into our Extranet site. My assumption is that it has something to do with the 'personal' profile and now needs to use a 'Work or School' account when accessing our site.
Where do I go to fully remove her old account/profile so that I can send her a new invitation? I attempted this once, but must have missed a spot because she is unable to accept the invitation link.
