Getting error message We couldn't find an account with that email address
I am trying to access my Microsoft 365 account on my new laptop, but I keep getting an error message that says 'We couldn't find an account with that email address.' However, I am able to access my account on my old laptop and my mobile phone. Can someone please help me troubleshoot this issue and figure out why I can't access my account on my new laptop?

Getting the same thing here friend....
Not certain why, but Microsoft seems unnecessarily fanatical about account security, to the point where you almost have to create an entirely new account every time you try to login.
It is frustrating!!Cannot get it, what is the URL provided for?
Are you saying login Windows by using Microsoft account?
