FSlogix Cloud Cache Corrupt Profile Containers

Copper Contributor

Hi,
We recently switched form VHDLocations to CCDLocations aka Cloud Cache with fslogix. we run the latest version which is 2210HF01 for our Virtual Desktop environment. This environment consists of Citrix VDAs, that are accross 2 sites, Active/Active. The proivders are 1 Nutanix files environment at both sites. Since moving to cloud cache, we have been getting a lot of tickets for users who get the frxshell UI, since we prevent login if the container fails. investigating further, most of the time, the vhdx gets corrupted on 1 site, not always the same site. I can see this by mounting the vhdx, the one that is bad will have the filesystem marked as "RAW" in diskmgmt mmc, while as the good one will have NTFS as the file system. deleting the bad one makes it ok again. I have not identified the cause of this, but im close to rolling back to VHDLocation if i dont find this soon. Our antivirus equivalent is crowdstrike falcon sensor, and this has all the exclusions documented on Microsoft's site in regards to cloud cache..
Anyone else experience this behavior, and what was the cause?

Hi Sergio,

I would recommend FSLogix 2201 hotfix 2 (2.9.8228.50276) in production.
