Wrong UI only for Excel I think

(↑ and ↓ are identical except the language)

(1) I have no idea why the Excel UI is solely different from that of Word or Powerpoint.

(2) I have no idea why the Quick Access Toolbar is not centered, compared to other icons.

I checked that the Office Background & Theme were set to be identical for those three programs,

and so did their version numbers (Version 2110 (Build 14527.20276 Click-to-Run)) too.

I remember once I have seen a message saying "your Office will soon get upgraded blablabla",

but cannot know if it is related to this problem.

Interesting. I have the same build, but the app title bar does not have the Excel icon in the top-left corner.

It's weird and unpretty... I think something has been jammed during the update, but I don't know why it went wrong and how I can fix it.
