I'm trying to work with a spreadsheet that was originally created with Excel 2013 on a Windows 10 PC. It contains hyperlinks to web pages, and works fine on the Windows 10 machine.
When I copy the spreadsheet to Windows 11 (also Excel 2013) and click on any link I get the message:
"Your organization policies are preventing us from completing this action"
I've looked at the registry entries recommended by a tech user, and the 2 computers match. The tech user answered this same question back in 2016, so I'm not entirely surprised that it wasn't that registry issue.
Any ideas?
