Windows don't stay minimized
If I have a number of open spreadsheets, that are all minimized to the task bar, is there a way of stopping them all re-appearing if I open another one? It's so annoying if I have some open that I will use on and off all day, but when I open another they just all spring into life and I have to minimize them all again.
- Adjust Taskbar Settings: Hide labels to reduce clutter.
Use Virtual Desktops: Organize windows across multiple desktops.
Configure Focus Assist: Limit interruptions from other applications.
Manage Window Switching: Use Alt + Tab carefully.
Quick Minimize/Restore: Use Win + D or Win + M.
Third-Party Tools: Consider additional window management tools if needed.
