Volunteer sheet leader list names in 2 sheets
OK. First step done. I see the sheets, but I had suggested there be enough (false names) data to illustrate the task and the difficulty.
What you posted is mostly blank. So please describe what goes into each sheet, which one(s) are pulling from which, and what this sorting difficulty is that you mention. And so on. How do these get used?
I put data in the columns that I want to auto-populate into the next sheet for leader training. From there the rest is manual. The challenge is when a user filters the columns in the leader training section, only that column changes. The rows are not consistent with the same leader.
I am using this for tracking the membership in my region as will other leaders that track their region memberships. There are several sheets not uploaded as they did not pose challenges for me.

Just the first three columns? All the rows that are filled in? In the same order? Or only ones for a given club? You're not describing things fully. If there are a LOT of names in the real, you've got to give a more complete example. Not hundreds, but tens at least. And a more complete description of what is expected to auto-populate. Do you want all of whatever's been entered to auto-populate to the next sheet?
If it's all of them, what's the purpose of the two sheets?

What is that "the rest" -- what steps? What additional data gets entered?

What does the page look like when it's getting filtered? What all has been filled in? Can you give a more full example? How is the filtering done?
And so on. I'm sorry to have to ask, but it's obviously very clear to you, but you're making the assumption that it's equally clear to me what's going on. It's most decidedly not. You're asking me to infer a lot. If we were sitting down together, you'd be walking through the process. We're not sitting down together, but you still need to walk me (and anybody else looking in) through what you're taking for granted.
