Vertical scroll bar is not working properly

Hi,

I tried to clear the content and delete the blank rows to make the vertical scroll bar big to use it efficiently. However, it is not deleting the blank rows and nothing has been change.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Thanks

Maybe you did only remove the cell contents. That is not enough.

You have to delete the rows and then save the workbook.

Press CTRL+END to check whether the this is the last cell with content.

Imagine your used range is from A1:F10. Select row 11 and press Control+Shift+DownArrow. Once selected, go to the Home tab of the ribbon, go to the Editing options and select Clear -> Clear All.

Do the same for the columns. Select column G and press Control+Shift+RightArrow. Clear All.

Please make sure you are not clearing any desired data when doing this procedure.

Once done, save the document and try to reopen it and see if it is fixed. If this does not work, I can only provide a link to a website with additional methods: https://exceloffthegrid.com/resetting-the-scroll-bar-in-excel/
