I'm having a problem with Excel 19, and specifically with the vertical and horizontal scroll bars
Clicking on the scroll bar and moving up/down - right/left the sheet does not scroll but remains stuck at the initial position, and then immediately move to the new position when the click is released. I would like to make the worksheet scroll again by moving the scroll bar.
