Using Windows 11, with Excel 2021, The screen is blinking

Hi AllI just bought a new Notebook with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 2021 pre-installed.All other Office apps are working fine but Excel.&nbsp;The screen keep blinking when I capture cells and and sometimes even when I type something in the cell.&nbsp;I have reinstalled the office 2 times, but still not fixed.I'm thinking if downgrade it to Office 2019 will fix the problem?&nbsp;&nbsp;
