Using Macros to move a row from one table (sheet) to another table (Sheet)

Hello,

I am not great with VBA or Macros. I need help figuring out how to move a row from a table on sheet 1 Named "List" to a table on sheet2 Named "Completed" based on column "B" saying Done or D or something quick to type. The Completed Sheet needs to be able to be locked so the contents can not be changed without authorization. Any guidance or help would be amazing. Thank you in advance.
