Unlocking an Excel file
I was sent an Excel file (in .xlsx formate) by email. It is locked and I need to open it. I know the password, but I don´t know where to write it. I expected that a small dialog box would appear afte...

Let say you received the file, download it on the disk drive and try to open double-clicking on it. What do you see on the screen after that?
I thought it could be solved by using options in "Review" but they can´t be used...

It looks like Excel as application is opened but it doesn't open your file. That could be this https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Excel-file-doesn-t-open-after-unchecking-the-option-to-show-start-screen-2d54d6e6-a3bf-4c7d-a801-c07868f1b5a0?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US or similar bug.
Could you please try to start Excel and after that File->Open your file. And do you have similar effect with other files?
