Unable to use certain functions and features
I am unable to use a lot features and functions in Excel 365. The message is those features or functions were not authorized by my contact person. I am that person, and I never remember rejecting any functions. I was presently trying to use the functions Countif, and the system indicated it was unavailable because it was not authorized.

Perhaps we speak about protected sheet. Is that the same on empty new workbook with proper licensed Excel?
