Unable to open xls file!

After windows updating and pc rebooting, unable to open XLS! Error message - File format does not match extension. "Open and repair" does not help! Help! Compressed file attached

    Aleksey1978  When I try to open my excel file containing lots of data, there appears a message saying "There are one or more circular references where formula refers to its own .......". If I click OK, the file appears simply blank though it has got more 2MB data. All options also remain blank.  How can I fix this problem. Will appreciate your help.
