TWO TABS OF DATA TO CREATE A THIRD WITH THE DIFFERENCES

I have two tabs of data that I want to create a third tab with the differences.

Tab one has the starting data.  Column one has the persons name. Column two has the persons location. Column three is the units for the year.

TAB 1

Tab two has the differences from the prior tab. I highlighted them in yellow.

The NAME column is not listed in the same order and there is a NAME addition from the prior week. The LOCATION column also has the new persons shop number. The last change is the total units for the year.

TAB 2

The third tab are the results we want.  The NAMES matching up with the correct LOCATION and showing the differences in production between tab one and tab two. Also adding the new employee.

Can someone detail on how this can be done.
