Tracking by date

I have been tasked with tracking safety training required by each staff member.&nbsp; Each set of training has a different expiry date (eg: 5 years).&nbsp; I would like to input a formula which will turn the date red once it has reached expiry.&nbsp;An example would be:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ladder Safety (3 years)John Doe&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 12/5/2019&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; (How do I get this to turn red on 12/5/2022)

AMous411 Could you post a screenshot of the layout (without sensitive information)? Or attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
