Theres a problem with removing duplicates and leaving the only one

When I try to remove duplicates , while using filter,excel marks all my numbers as duplicates or on another way it kinda works,but still one number is duplicated 2 or 3 times

P.S while using filter ,when the information pops out ,it shows good numbers, but after clicking okey, the value changes
