Anyone shares an Open-To-Buy template for retail congaing basic fields like:
A Top-Down Version: with following rows of information for input
- Actual Revenue
- Spot Coverage
- Forward Coverage
- Opening Stock
- Closing Stock
- Purchase
- Open to buy retail value
- Margin %
