Tab, numbering and details are 'disappeared' or 'hidden'

Hi All,

I encountered this issue where some columns or numbering are made 'hidden' when the cursor moved to it. The tab is completely disappeared from view as well, although when clicking the blank space, the tab content will appear.

The file is completely fine to view through mobile phone but not the laptop.

This file is only few months old and 50kb only. Tried to troubleshoot but all failed.
