Sum only if there is a value in adjacent column

Hi,

I have a rolling sales/ productivity tracker.

I am try to add a static column ONLY if there is a value beside static value.

Example

   A            B                      A            B

5,400     5,600      THEN 5,400     5,600

5,400     0                       5,400     9,000

5,400      0                       5,400     0

5,400      0                       5,400     0

______     _____                ______     _____

5,400    5,600                10,800    14,600

I've tried =SUMIF(A1:A4,">0",B1:B4) AND  =SUMIF(A1:A4,">Z2",B1:B4)  I placed a 0 in Z2

with no luck.

Please help.
