Struggling with Vlookup / Index & Match

I need to match 2 columns of data to another sheet, then return another column of data only if  they both match. I will attach a file in the reply.

If both Position and Job match, I need the code from 'Export (2)' Column 4.

See attached sample file. The formulas must be entered as arrayformulas with ctrl+shift+enter if someone doesn't work with Office 365 or Excel for the web or Excel 2021.
