Stacked column chart rearranged like clustered column chart

Hello,

I'm making chart and I'm kinda stuck, because I don't know how to rearrange the data or pick the data so it looks like I want.
I currently have a stacked column type chart to see how many postponement a late topic got for each service, and it looks like this:

But I'd like it to look like this:

so for each service it's easier to follow the monthly change.

I attached the table i'm using to make the chart + the chart for sample.
