Spreadsheet tracking my payments of medical bills

I need some help with how to start a spreadsheet to track my medical bills, and the payments I have/made and the amounts being made each month. So I have a running total balance to count down to zero?


Please, if that makes sense.

I've attached a very simple spreadsheet where you can enter the date, a description of each transaction, the amount of debit or credit (billed or paid, respectively) and the running balance owed will be calculated. :Make you entries in the yellow background cells; the pinkish will calculate for you. If you reach row 100, you'll need to extend (by copy and paste) the bottom row before you add any data to it. Copy and paste down as far as you need to go for another period of time.
