Spreadsheet not sorting correctly
Hi all,
I would love your help.
There are LOADS of videos and chats out there and I feel like I've tried everything (but there must be a way!).
I wanted to sort one column then another (team then optimal timescale) - which worked perfectly on a different spreadsheet within the same workbook (see below)
However for this spreadsheet it just will not sort team correctly (in alphabetical order) and I just can't understand it.
I have checked to make sure all the hidden rows are viewable, I have checked and there are no formula in any of the cells in that column - it just simply will not sort correctly... I'm going mad!
Any help will be immensely appreciated,

Unless I read your pictures wrong, your first one doesn't sort correct either. "All", Exhibition", "Design" is not in alphabetic (ascending) order. Wondering also what the gaps are. Not blank rows, I suppose.
Perhaps you should upload your file (without any confidential info, of course). Than we can have a look at it.
