Sorting share of paid and unpaid invoices for each company

Hello.  I have two more tasks to do, could you help me, please?

1) So first one is, I need to calculate the part of invoices paid in time and invoices not paid in time for each company.

2) And the second task is I need to calculate part of the invoices paid in time and invoices not paid in time in each month. +diagram and the starting point is B collumn dates. If that makes sense. I would really appreciate your help 🙂
