Dear team,&nbsp;I have one question, how to protect excel sheet in term of allowing data entry to enter the data but thy cannot delete any earlier data ??&nbsp;&nbsp;

This kind of protection isn't possible as far as I know, because Excel doesn't distinguish between different kinds of editing of cells (deletion vs. editing vs. adding). You can prevent the deletion of rows/columns, but not the overwriting or deletion of individual cells (without preventing all editing).

When you protect sheet, you can allow other users to have access to edit specific range without them being able to delete any data

Fatima28&nbsp;When you are protecting the sheet, there is a list of tickboxes indicating what people will/won't be allowed to do.&nbsp; You can prevent column/row deletion there.
