Share Excel worksheet with people outside organization

Hi,

I want to share Excel worksheet from someone outside my organization, and I don't know how that person can open shared worksheet in Excel? When I share the file, she gets the link for accessing the file, but its opened inside browser, and not in Excel installed on PC.

If it matters she also uses O365 but with another organization.

What i want is that she can open shared document within the Excel and not through the web browser. Is it possible?
