Shapes do not move with cell when upper row is dleted
I have a line in a cell below a hidden row. When I delete any row above that in which there is the line the line does not move with cell. Any idea why?
Unfortunately, I can't make sense of these photos, I can't understand where the error should be. Could you please help me and be a little more specific?

The problem is as follows:
In the fig above, if I delete any row above the shape (eg row 841), the below image is the result. This only happens if the row immediately above that in which there is the shape is hidden(i.e. 0 height)
