Scrolling of embedded PPT document in Excel

i have embedded PPT file in excel using Inset>Text>Object>Create from file tab. Now PPT is inserted in excel. But it is showing 1st page of PPT and after double click it will open PPT in full page. I want to know if there is option though which PPT can be scrolled to next pages without opening it fully.

    Hi manishmusale,

Unfortunately, Excel does not provide built-in functionality for scrolling through the subsequent pages of the embedded PowerPoint without opening it fully. You can only see the first page as a static image.

However, there are some workarounds you can try to achieve interactive access to multiple slides within the PowerPoint presentation:

    1. Hyperlinks: You have the option to create hyperlinks within your Excel document that link to specific slides within the embedded PowerPoint. This allows you to navigate to different slides in the presentation by clicking on the hyperlinks.

    2. Insert Slides as Images: Another method is to save individual slides from the PowerPoint presentation as images and then insert these images into Excel. This way, you can scroll through these images to view various slides. Please note that this approach does not enable you to edit the content within Excel.
