Scaling my spread sheet

I used to be able to reduce the size of my spread sheet so I could see other applications to update data in the sheet. Now when I hit that button it completely minimizes the sheet so that I cannot see any cells; nothing I've tried works.

    If you're on Windows. try the following:

    • Make sure that the workbook is not maximized.
    • Press Alt+space bar. This causes a popup menu to display.
    • Select Size.
    • You can now use the arrow keys on the keyboard to resize the window.
