That breaks my actual working percentage calculations. However, that led me to:
=IFERROR(IF(I2=0,IF(J2>0,"",""),(J2-I2)/I2),"")
=IFERROR(IF(I2=0,IF(J2>0,"",""),(J2-I2)/I2),"")
