Repeatedly insert formatted row before monday row in excell
I need to add a formatted row now in my workbook right before the first row of every day of my week. This is for my school planner and now I need an extra row before period 1 on each day for a new period, which I need to add. The column which contains the day of the week is got 6 rows for each day of the week, but now I must add an extra one every day. Doing it one by one would be too time consuming.
Can anyone help please?
Thank you

Hope for you that you find one that has enough time to deal with it.
But if you don't necessarily have to use your inserted template,
send you this link where you can find several templates in this direction.
Many calendar templates are available for use in Microsoft Excel.
A template provides a basic calendar layout that you can easily adapt for your needs.
Thank you for your understanding and patience
I wish you much success in your project

- JCSH71Copper ContributorThank you ever so much for your prompt response. It is not really a calendar; it is my school planner and now I have an extra period of co-curricular activities that I would like to add before my period 1 row. This is the reason why I was asking the question.
Thank you again
