Removing duplicates

Hello,

I have one column that is dates rounded to the nearest 00:00 and I want to remove any duplicates from this column whilst deleting all the data on these rows? I can only get it to remove the data from that one row. There aren't any rows that are full duplicates though.

Thank you.

samrobinson_sr On a Mac, the "Remove Duplicates" is located on the Data "top menu". Not the Data ribbon.

Alternatively, if you work in a structured table, you'll also find a similar option in the Table ribbon.

Otherwise, it works similar to what HansVogelaar described.

Select entire rows, then click Remove Duplicates on the Data tab of the ribbon.

Use the check boxes in the dialog to specify the column to look at for duplicates.
