Reason that result in Excel Not responding

Hi  Guys,

 

A issue keep happening in my Excel File, every time i input something into a cell and click enter(no formula link with the cell ), Excel becomes not responding for minutes, looking forward to find out the the reason of this issue,and how to solve it.

    Elvinliu Try this to start with. On the Home tab of the ribbon (the second one from the far left), click the button with the looking glass. It will list all objects on your sheet. I bet there are many?
