read only access sharepoint

Hi

I've uploaded some workbooks to sharepoint. These workbooks are linked and will be opened up on desktop through excel online as it has spin buttons and a refresh button powered through VBA.

I've shared them with a colleague but she can only open it up as read only, I also don't see her in the sheets. 

What am I doing wrong? I really need this to be functional.
