"In-Review" status on my replies.

Hello,

I started contributing to this forum a few years ago, but lately I've noticed that every reply I make is placed in the "In-Review" status.

This status lasts approximately 24 hours and is then removed.

  • What does this status mean?
  • Why does it happen?
  • Does the same situation happen to other contributors or just me?

Thanks in advance to anyone who answers me.

IlirU

It shows on my posts, too. If you check "Under Review" in your profile, there's likely no items there. Mine is empty so I don't think it's actually being reviewed.

      Hi Patrick2788,

Mine is empty too! So I don't understand what's going on with setting that status.

However, thank you for your reply.

How's this for a hypothesis: Microsoft is using AI to check and make sure the postings aren't created by AI

      Hi mathetes,

This hypothesis may be true, but I have been contributing for years, not only to this forum but also to other Microsoft forums (I have also contributed to the Microsoft Support Community (for more than 10 years) which is now finally closed).

Meanwhile, I do not use AI to give my Excel answers / replays. Today I made a post and immediately the status was set to In Review. Also, the post in this thread that I am responding to here was also set to In Review. So in both of today's posts this status was set. One post contains the Excel formula that I created and the current post contains just text.

This does not seem correct to me!

(the In Review status has now been removed from both of my last posts)

Anyway, thank you for your comment / opinion. I appreciate it very much.

      Have a nice day.
