Quick Tip: Most efficient way to create a chart

If there are no blank rows or columns in your data, and you don't want to exclude any part of them, you don't need to manually select the data, just select one cell of them, or any adjacent cell to your data, then insert a specific chart, or press Alt+F1 to quickly create a chart that is based on the default chart type, or press F11 if you want to display the chart on a separate chart sheet.

 

Excel is smart enough to catch all the data for you.
